Evaluation
Student are evaluated and assessed in a variety of forms such as Standard Exams, Projects, Scientific Researches and Pastoral Implementation.
There is a special assessment system for each section which follows the school’s main assessment system that aims to integrate the development of  students intellectually and physically to enhance their abilities in all aspects. The evaluation and assessment tests will be held 4 times within the school year.
 
Examination:
Semester Exams take place at the end of the first smester in (January), and the end to the second semester in June. The final mark of each subject is computed at the end of the year by taking the average mark of the two semesters; as follows:
(First Semester grade + Second Semester grade) / 2
The maximum limit is 100%, the passing greade is 60% for grades (5-12)
Raising 
Students will be raised to the next grade if they achieved the following conditions:
§ Haven’t failed in any major educational subject.
§ Attendance was regular and according to absence regulations.
§ Conduct was satisfactory

Retention policy:
Elementary School (Grade 4):
* Grade 4 Students who fail any of the core subjects are automatically retained.
* Core subjects are : Islamic Studies, Arabic Language, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies and English Language.
Middle and High School (5-12):
* Students who fail 4 core subjects are automatically retained.
* Students who fail 1,2 or 3 core subjects at the end of the school year may take re-sit exams. Grade in report card is the grade of the re-sit exam.
* Students who fail re-sit exams are automatically retained.
* Retention is for one time only.
