Welcome to our new website   -       -       -       -       -   Congratulation to our school and the winners of our students who achieved the 1st place in the "Robot Competition" in Qatar at the level of schools in the Middle East and Africa. We wish the best for them in the final competition in July 2010 set up in America. Applying For Study

Terms of New Registrations: - 


 Class vacancies permitting.
 Priority will be given to present students (siblings).
 Student age at the beginning of the school year 15th Sep.  should be :- 
    3 years and 6 months old for K.G. 1
    4 years and 6 months  old for K.G. 2
    5 years and 6 months  old for Grade 1
  on the condition that he passed the K.G. stage.
 To fill a new application form attached with necessary documents and fees.
 Students should pass the placement test in the following:-
   Arabic, English and Math in order to know the academic student’s level and their ability to go along with the bilingual program needs for the primary, mid and secondary grades.
 
   interview with the K.G. teachers (for K.G. stage).
  Registration down payment is K.D. 100.00 (non-refundable) on acceptance.
  From Grade 7 upwards girls should wear Hijab.
  Applying is allowed for classes from KG1 to Grade 10 only. 

 Necessary documents for registration 


 Original birth and inoculation certificate + photocopy of each. 
 Original Civil I.D. for the father + photocopy.
 Original Civil I.D. for the student + photocopy.
 Nationally certificate + photocopy if father is Kuwaiti.
 Passport (on which the student is included) ( for non Kuwaiti).
   + a photocopy for the page which he is included in
   + photocopy for the page of the residence 
 4 photos for the students.
  Last school certificate + photocopy.
 Transforming letter from the previous school, after getting an acceptance letter from Al – Ru’ya Bilingual School.
 
 Medical file from the previous school a new one for new students (including photocopy for birth certificate, vaccination certificate, medical fitness cad and BCG card which you can get from the school health service in your area).
